Dr. Heather Wang

A committed and active advocate for promoting education as a means to develop personal achievement and social mobility, Heather loves contributing her time to help students, teachers and parents in the classroom, library, PTA and booster club. Currently, she is VP of Ways and Means in Jasper High School PTSA. She is also serving as a member of both the Diversity Advisory Committee and the Gifted and Talented (PACE) Advisory Committee, having been appointed to each in 2017 by the Plano ISD School Board.

Heather works tirelessly to strengthen our community. She is a member of the Library Advisory Board (appointed by Plano City Council in 2017) and a graduate of Plano Citizens Academy. Heather is the co-founder and a board member of the Youth Community Impact Association. She was also the co-founder and VP of Membership of the Amazing Champions Toastmasters Club and Youth Leadership Program. Previously Heather was president of the Younger Generation Children’s Chorus. Heather and her family attend and serve at Chase Oaks Church in Plano.
